" October is flying and I've been in Scotland for a month and a half. That first bit has been a lot of settling in and learning what the rhythm of my days and week will be. Part of that rhythm is Explorers. Explorers is Hope's after school club for ages 4-11. It's something like VBS but once weekly throughout the school year. I'm excited to build relationships with these kiddos and hope to share the love of Jesus with them. We hope to connect with their families this way as well. This year we're leveraging the explore aspect by setting our wee explorers up with "tools" to delve into storytime- a bit Ms Frizzle esque for Bible Study ;). Hope's children's ministry is where much of my focus will be and I'm glad to begin!
Please pray that God would "establish the work of our hands" and that these littles and their families would come to know Jesus as their saviour."
