I caught this on a rare sunny day walking through the scheme.Here in Scotland the
national animal is a Unicorn and the national flower is a thistle. Which is essentially a pretty weed. So, to recap a fantastical mythical creature, and a pretty, robust and prickly weed are the icons chosen to encapsulate Scotlands essence.
The best part is it works.
