Wow! I clearly fell off the posting train here.
The generosity of people giving to help raise support has been so encouraging. Support is at $2,675.55 which is just $75 shy of halfway. My community giving so graciously is encouraging beyond the finances & helps prepare me for going to serve 20schemes both practically and in more intangible ways that are heartening.
In other 20schemes news, the church planters (Pete & Pete) that my church specifically supports have recently experienced disheartening setbacks. The anticipated launch of their church in the scheme of Barlanark, Scotland is no longer feasible and they are in a season of waiting. It is encouraging to see them trusting in God during disappointing & difficult circumstances. Please pray for the Pete's and their families as they seek God in this time and as they still desire to see a church planted in Barlanark. Heights has a team going in April, originally to help with the church launch, so also pray for them to be able to serve and encourage during their time there. Though today's snow wouldn't suggest so, spring is around the corner and reminds me that June isn't so far off after all!~I'll try and post more regularly regarding support and other news.
